Legacy House Stories was founded on a simple belief: that the families and individuals who shaped a life, a business, or a community deserve to have their stories told with the same craft as any film you'd see in a theater.
Our team brings together decades of experience from Hollywood feature films and award-winning documentary work to the stories that matter most to the people who lived them.
Writer/Director/Producer
Although Chad has worked in home construction and remodeling, marketing and sales and small business consulting, Chad considers storytelling his passion. A filmmaker since 2006, Chad prefers to work on film documentaries and biographies that are complex true stories.
He says, "I bring to life and share stories that are interesting and entertaining for the eyes of the heart."
Chad also occasionally acts in and produces commercials. He believes that film making is a collaborative effort. He works with other creative people who follow his two guidelines:
1) The story must touch the heart of the audience; and
2) the final cut of the story must be concise
Chad’s films have been screened in film festivals in the United States and a few have aired on cable stations. A multi-award winning filmmaker, Chad is a talented storyteller who has an uncanny ability for connecting with folks and capturing their authentic voice. His films have heart because of the way he presents each story with beautiful moments from a person’s life. Chad says "Filmmaking and writing is about presenting a story so well that an audience has no effort connecting and relating to the people in the story."
